You will have the top unit to yourselves. (Though someone may come to mow the lawn.) We have WiFi, an outdoor fireplace, outdoor gas grill, a long driveway for parking. Cell service is often spotty at the house, but we have fast, reliable WiFi. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, spices). Parking on the right side of the house and in the backyard
